From the stand point of a broke college student no. But if it makes you happy it’s your money. There are some unique presents which probably have top tier cards in them.

Very relative question... it depends on what $50 is worth to you and what a pile of presents is worth to you. I thought it was worth it. I hope I still feel that way when they open. 🎄
