Player that can get ovr upgrade (Team capitains or field pass card) ovr while OOP doesn't change when you upgrade them. For exemple, I know the 85 team capitain Larry Csonka is a 75 at TE, but when I use the show max upgraded slider, the OOP overall doesn't change. Could be a useful feature.
