I am a player that stands in the pocket at almost all times so qb speed has been something I never consider. I know they have the same release but Rodgers' stats in throwing are better so is it worth having over Namath?

All depends on coins...if price and speed are not a consideration...then there is no consideration...Rodgers is clearly the choice. If price is not a consideration, but mobility is...than...Rodgers would be my choice. If price is a major consideration....then Namath is the clear choice.
