I feel like I've seen someone pull a 97 Boss Legend Harold Carmichael out of a UL coin pack, but he's a set player. Can you pull, for example, 99 Richard Sherman out of that?

There were multiple people who posted over on the Madden Ultimate Team Reddit stating that they pulled full UL Boss cards out of the coin packs this week. One guy posted a 99 OVR Payton, and another one posted a 97 OVR Tillman.
