Can you pull LTD presents out of any present pack?

it doesn’t say on the packs if I can pull the special presents out of them, so I’m just wondering if I open any present pack with snowflakes do I have a chance to get a special present? already opened all the mystery present packs

I think you can only get ltd out of mystery and lavish but i might be wrong

I got both of mine out of the nice presents, and I believe I saw that someone pulled one out of the simple pack. I can’t confirm the simple though.
