Where on the site and what time of day do we usually see raffle winners?

Sorry Im rather new to the site and am wondering where do we see the raffle results and what time of day do they usually drop?

You can see who won each raffle by clicking into it.  As winners reply, the raffle is closed, and you can see who won.  If a winner is not listed, that means they haven't replied yet and claimed their win.
