Mid In Elite's value really depends on your scheme. If you're running a lot of routes that break between the numbers and 10-20 yards down field, it might work well for you. However, most man-beating routes break within 10 yards so you're likely better off using Short In Elite. The improved catching isn't as important of a benefit as the improved route running vs. man coverage since receivers already do a good job of holding onto the ball after a catch.
