If youre just going on people that actually played for Steelers:

Trent Scott WR
Plex WR
FS Clark/Minkah if you unlocked him backup
LOLB could pull up Bush and put there instead of Watt if you wanted more abilities 
SS  Patterson GT
CB Plex GT, TTS Greene

We need better line for sure

Who should my corners be? Plax, Blount, Woodson?

I have the zero chill Minkah as my FS2 cause of his extra chemistry you can activate if you have Pat P too.

MJG, Plex, Slay IMO. Gets you the most abilities. 

PP at 4. Minkah at FS2.
