Now I can’t get into the game - it says something about EA Play trial ended and I have to log into the account that purchased the game? WTF is that? I have the full version, and have played since pre-order. Was working fine all day, just went to log in and got that message and I can’t access anything??

This happened to me as well. I reinstalled the game and it worked fine again.

So you deleted that game and the re-installed? EA help tech gave me a workaround to set my Xbox “offline” when I get the message, and then back “online”, which works, but is a pain in the butt to do. If what you did permanently fixes the problem, I’ll do that.

Deleted and reinstalled the game and that didn’t work. This is ridiculous tbh.

Apparently there are many people experiencing this from what I’ve read on the website. Game giving away free packs or increased LTD odds? Fixed within minutes. Hundreds can’t access the game. Who cares.
Company is a joke. If this isn’t fixed today, might have to hang it up and see about getting a full refund and never playing again. The game doesn’t work, they can’t take our money for a product that you can’t access when the whole point of the game is team “building”. You can’t put time and money into a game all year just to have that all taken away randomly.
