I’ll put it a number 6. Idk how you think it’s over baseball tho bc there are literally endless fielding scenarios when you are out of the field and then when you go in to hit, you have to hit 100 mph fastballs and 85mph curveballs. baseball is a lot more mental than running

In my opinion:
• Triathlon
Three sports in one. You have to have insane endurance and be good at the transitions to do well. Did one myself last summer, and even though it was a toned down "moderate" one it was still the hardest thing I've done physically. Almost threw up halfway through it.
• Running
A mental sport, at least over long distances. You obviously have to train yourself physically, but much of it is concentrating on pace, breathing, and foot placement.
• Football
Nearly every position is specialized physically and mentally. Players must know their assignments on every play call on both offense and defense, and they must go through rigorous training so they are physically prepared.
• Martial Arts
Martial arts require good memory, focus, and technique to succeed. I personally practiced Taekwondo, which relies more heavily on kicking and striking than other martial arts, so I had to practice agility and power.
• Baseball
I don't think baseball is nearly as hard physically as it is mentally. Obviously hitting and pitching require a good amount of power, as well as timing and placement. However, I have it at 5 because I don't think it requires players to use their physical force as much as the other sports.

I am suprised a lot of people think running isn't very hard. I know for a fact anything from 100-400 meter is tough, pace, movement, mentality, ect. Then add in relays, sprinting full speed remembering technique definitely when running a curve.
