Any tips on placement and cheap upgrades?

any tips on where to place certain players and any offense upgrades?  Also what players would be essential to upgrade asap on defense?

Looking at your lineup, your secondary is definitely in need of the most help. I'd start with CB and work your way to Safety. Your offense is great aside from your RT who could be upgraded.
