Which are the best solos to do if I just got madden 23?

I already finished welcome to zero chill but I’m tryna find a solo that is worth doing to earn coins.

Nickmas, AKA, Legends, and all of the Christmas ones. Play all the AKA solos on 1 star

Coins aren’t really that attainable from solos anymore sadly. But you can definitely get some decent NCAT (account bound non auctionable/tradeable cards) from doing the solos listed above. 
 

once you get your team right, head over to the Field Pass page to see what kind of rewards you are able to muster. Might be tough if you are just starting this week, but a new Competitive Field Pass will begin next week and you can start fresh to try to get max rewards.

Do all of the totw challenges too. They're all really easy and they give a decent amount of coins + you get a free toty player once they come out

I would change the order because the ZC field pass ends this Thursday I believe. So, my two cents, in order:

  • Merry Nickmas (get a 92 QB, will make life easier)
  • Zero Chill solos (do before Thursday!)
    • Frozen Forge  (get 93 Parham for your QB to throw to plus a few packs)
    • Ghosts of MUT (92 player pick)
    • Snowball (get a bunch of 90s)
    • Welcome to ZC (gives you a lot of 82s across the board)
  • TOTW (fast, easy and two players per week)
  • AKA (all on minimal difficulty, for the tokens towards the free player)
  • Legends: don't play the last weekly challenge unless you want a specific player's upgrade item. The last ones take too long and are more difficult.
  • Any solos that allow for team captain upgrades (easiest way to get a 94). I believe there are Team Captain and Team Affinity solos.
  • All Madden (I still have Ray Guy, Siragusa and Woodson RB in my lineup)
  • Campus Heroes (not difficult, about 15K in coins and Helmet Stickers to get Cooper to a 93)
